Since 2010 the fair SAIE International Building, is presented in a new way to offer new services to exhibiting companies and a new way to meet the 170,000 professionals who annually come to Bologna to discuss and exchange ideas on solutions, projects, technologies for constructions.

"Excellent quiet and personable hotel"
Superb quiet location but only minutes from station and centre. Very helpful friendly staff.
Welcoming ambiance with a personal touch.
Breakfast acceptable as 3 star, but as in 'foodie' Italy, could perhaps be just a bit better?
No complaints though! Would readily return.

Fantastic hotel close to city centre in Bologna
I stayed here for six nights and I am finding it very difficult to think of anything that can be improved. The location was central and close to all the attractions, including the main railway station. The room and facilities were excellent and the staff, in particular, were friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. I highly recommend this hotel as an excellent value establishment. Bologna itself is one of my favourite cities in Italy, and if you need a break from more touristy cities, I highly recommend it.

Great location if you have caught the train, easy walk, but not too far to walk into the main city area. Good restaurants within a short distance. Room clean and staff helpful.
