Travelling by car may be convenient, but finding a parking space can become a real problem when visiting large cities with lots of traffic.
Finding an acceptable balance between distance, safety and price is often very difficult and requires some planning before travelling, which is not always possible to do.

With the needs of those travelling with their own means of transport in mind, our hotel has set up a secure gated car park with CCTV.

"Excellent quiet and personable hotel"

Superb quiet location but only minutes from station and centre. Very helpful friendly staff. Welcoming ambiance with a personal touch. Breakfast acceptable as 3 star, but as in 'foodie' Italy, could perhaps be just a bit better? No complaints though! Would readily return.

Fantastic hotel close to city centre in Bologna

I stayed here for six nights and I am finding it very difficult to think of anything that can be improved. The location was central and close to all the attractions, including the main railway station. The room and facilities were excellent and the staff, in particular, were friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. I highly recommend this hotel as an excellent value establishment. Bologna itself is one of my favourite cities in Italy, and if you need a break from more touristy cities, I highly recommend it.
